CAPTUREDBYNEISH offers a 1 hr shoot capturing priceless moments. Clients will receive 25-30 basic edited images showcasing the best of each session. With a knack for working with kids, I ensure a fun and stress-free environment. My flexible approach to timing ensures a smooth and enjoyable experience during the shoot. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel your session. One reschedule is allowed per booking; additional changes may require a new deposit. Booking & Payments A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date. The remaining balance is due prior to or on the day of the shoot. No dates are held without a deposit and signed agreement. Late Arrivals Sessions will start and end at the scheduled time. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may receive reduced session time or may need to reschedule. Image Delivery Sneak peeks are typically delivered within 48–72 hours. Full galleries are delivered within 1–2 weeks, depending on season and workload. All images are delivered via a private, downloadable online gallery. Editing & Retouching All selected images are edited for color, lighting, and basic retouching. Requests for extensive edits (e.g., body shaping, object removal) may incur an additional fee. Image Rights Clients receive personal use rights for sharing and printing. Captured by Neish retains copyright and may use images for portfolio, website, or promotional use unless requested otherwise. Weather & Illness In the case of poor weather or illness, sessions will be rescheduled at no additional cost. Clients will be contacted as early as possible to make alternate arrangements.
